When does the rental date start?

Are these apartment for guys and girls?
Yes. There are guys and girls apartments but none are co-ed.
What is included in my rent?
Water, sewer, garbage, Internet
Do I have to pay for gas and electricity?
Yes the tenants are responsible for gas and electricity. The apartment manager will help you set up the utilities in your name.
Is there reserved parking?
No. There is enough parking for each person to park their vehicle but there is no reserved parking.
How far away is the apartment from SUU campus?
Its just a mile away.
Is there a grocery store nearby?
Yes, Smiths is two blocks away.
What kind of internet is provided?
Wireless internet from South Central Communications.
Are the apartment furnished?
The apartments are NOT FURNISHED with anything other then kitchen appliances and washer and dryer.
How many people can live in each apartment?
As few as 3 and as many as 6.
Is smoking or drinking alcohol okay at the apartment?
No
Are there any discounts?
Yes, if you pay the semester in full you will get $100 OFF in the total price and if you pay the contract in full you get $120 OFF on the contract.
Can friends sleep over at the apartment?
No
Is the rent due each semester or each month?
Yes, rent is due month to month, at the beginning of each semester or all upfront paid in full August 15.
Can I just sign up for one semester?
No. The contract goes from fall to the end of spring semester. There is also a summer contract available.
